At our saree store, we strive to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Replacement & Exchange Window

You can request a replacement or exchange within 7 days of receiving your saree.
However, refunds are only provided if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item. For all other reasons (size, color preference, change of mind, etc.), we only offer exchanges, and the customer must bear the shipping charges on both sides.

Eligibility Criteria

To process a valid refund or exchange request, please ensure:
  • The saree is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • You have proof of purchase (order ID/receipt).

Mandatory 24-Hour Damage Reporting

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive the wrong product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
We require:
  • Clear photos of the damaged or wrong item
  • An unboxing/opening video showing the product being opened for the first time
This helps us verify the issue and process your refund or replacement smoothly.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:
  • You receive a damaged item.
  • You received the wrong product.
Refunds are not provided for any other reasons.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges (size, print, personal preference, etc.):
  • The customer must bear both sides of the shipping charges.
  • The product must meet all eligibility conditions.
  • Once your exchange request is approved, you must ship the saree back to us, and we will dispatch the replacement.

No Returns or Exchanges on Discounted Products

Products purchased during a sale, offer, or discount event are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
